Not that anyone really cares that much, but just to make myself feel better I have been busy! So sorry for the lameness. I finally got my turn to have this GI virus that everyone has had in my family, so that is never fun, especially when considering adding it to a 34 weeks pregnant mama.
After feeling better from that I have repainted Jozalyn's room (just white and left the pink and yellow as is), and redecorated it. We also completely changed Brax's room. It used to be yellow now it is an ice blue with a chocolate brown border around the top and the make it even better we bought him a new bed, which I love! Brett had to take some time to put that baby together. It is super cute though, I absolutely love his room! I am now sanding and staining his existing dresser to match his new bed, because I am too cheap to buy a matching dresser!
I am feeling good these days, although I am going to physical therapy for my sciatic nerve that has become pretty painful. I had the pain with the other kids, but not near as bad, it is hard to explain the numbness and agony it causes me. I am usually not a wuss, but I figured at this point if there was something I could try to help me not only with that, but with labor it was worth a shot! Other than that things are good.
Brett has been fortunate to really have gotten ahead on his grad requirements, thus allowing him some extra time at home which has been fantastic! It is so nice for him to be done with boards and looking to the future, no matter where that takes us. Brax is heavy into SHS, Super Hero Squad...pretend what you knew what that meant from the abb. It is a preschool version of the superheros, which I am still hesitant about, but he enjoys it and is constantly switching which super hero he is, one minute it is iron man, the next batman and onto captain America and so much more. It is hard to keep track of all these identity crisis'.
Jozalyn is cute as a button and she also enjoys playing SHS with Brax (much to my dismay). She insists on being Batgirl. They fight bad guys together, so it is pretty funny. She is also very girlie though, just today she spilled fingernail polish all over trying to put on her pretties! She loves twirling in her dress and loves to gives hugs and kisses. Potty training is coming along, but until I get really serious about it, I am not going to worry about it. She is very smart and we are working on her letters, she knows most of them, but still struggles on some for which her brother quickly comes to the rescue!
