Lameness

Not that anyone really cares that much, but just to make myself feel better I have been busy! So sorry for the lameness. I finally got my turn to have this GI virus that everyone has had in my family, so that is never fun, especially when considering adding it to a 34 weeks pregnant mama.
After feeling better from that I have repainted Jozalyn's room (just white and left the pink and yellow as is), and redecorated it. We also completely changed Brax's room. It used to be yellow now it is an ice blue with a chocolate brown border around the top and the make it even better we bought him a new bed, which I love! Brett had to take some time to put that baby together. It is super cute though, I absolutely love his room! I am now sanding and staining his existing dresser to match his new bed, because I am too cheap to buy a matching dresser!
I am feeling good these days, although I am going to physical therapy for my sciatic nerve that has become pretty painful. I had the pain with the other kids, but not near as bad, it is hard to explain the numbness and agony it causes me. I am usually not a wuss, but I figured at this point if there was something I could try to help me not only with that, but with labor it was worth a shot! Other than that things are good.

Brett has been fortunate to really have gotten ahead on his grad requirements, thus allowing him some extra time at home which has been fantastic! It is so nice for him to be done with boards and looking to the future, no matter where that takes us. Brax is heavy into SHS, Super Hero Squad...pretend what you knew what that meant from the abb. It is a preschool version of the superheros, which I am still hesitant about, but he enjoys it and is constantly switching which super hero he is, one minute it is iron man, the next batman and onto captain America and so much more. It is hard to keep track of all these identity crisis'.
Jozalyn is cute as a button and she also enjoys playing SHS with Brax (much to my dismay). She insists on being Batgirl. They fight bad guys together, so it is pretty funny. She is also very girlie though, just today she spilled fingernail polish all over trying to put on her pretties! She loves twirling in her dress and loves to gives hugs and kisses. Potty training is coming along, but until I get really serious about it, I am not going to worry about it. She is very smart and we are working on her letters, she knows most of them, but still struggles on some for which her brother quickly comes to the rescue!

What's happenin'?

It is official Brett passed his final boards and now has a license to practice Dentistry, he just has to graduate now! Getting that letter in the mail is such a rush, something that you have been waiting for is finally here and there are no words to describe those feelings at that moment. I am so proud of him and I am so grateful that I could be a part of it. Way to go babe, you rock!
We have had quite the first week of being back. We have been packing and selling lots of our stuff to prepare to show the house. Brett has been working hard on lots of home improvement projects.
In the midst of all of this Braxton got very ill with a gastro-intestial virus. He is feeling much better now.
Then yesterday was Jozie's 2nd birthday! I cannot believe she is 2! Her party was all princess' and some Dora. I am so thankful for her, she brings joy to my life each and every day! She woke up with a horrible rash all over her body, which we have experienced before, but it was much worse this time, so more doctors visits for us today! We still cannot figure out what triggers it? Anyway, so now she is miserable. Luckily, Brett has been home lately to help, as I have not been feeling so hot either!
Hopefully our physical health will take a change for the better now.
Our next big event is putting the house up for sale, getting our orders and most importantly welcoming baby girl (yet to be named) in about 8 weeks.

Much overdue

So starting in mid November we have been traveling so much. We went on our cruise to Florida and the Bahamas, we came back for a couple weeks in which Brett took some more board test during that time. We then in early December flew to Phoenix. The kids and I stayed there for a week, while Brett flew on to L.A. to take his last set of boards (which he has now passed). On the 17th and 18th, Brett's parents kept the kids (big thanks to them), while I flew to L.A. to be Brett's board patient. I flew back to Phoenix, then he came the next day. Then the day before Christmas we flew from Phoenix to Salt Lake, where my parents picked us up and we finished our journey flying home to Idaho Falls. Seriously did all that really just happen? Christmas was great, especially considering we had three of them! Now we are home and it is nice to be, but I miss all of our family too. I have been purging/selling off tons of our stuff that we will not be taking with us, extra chairs, dining table, futon, stuff like that. I have been cleaning and painting, I am just hopefully the whole nesting stage comes in handy at this point a little early. Brett has been working hard on many projects in the house and I am working on more packing things up, just for showing the house, as we will soon start that.
