Well some unfortunate news in the Hulet household and that is our turtle, Oog, is M.I.A. Brett was cleaning the tank and put Oogway out in the grass to walk around, as we always do. This time he was there one second and gone the next. So we spent awhile looking around the yard for him, thinking he couldn't have gone far since we are fenced in, but no he definitely went somewhere to never be found again. We kept thinking he would come out in the sun or something, but no luck. Anyway, so now is the perfect opportunity to teach Brax about these kind of things. He is pretty bummed, but has gotten over it pretty quickly. He keeps saying we have to go get a new Oogway, which probably isn't going to happen. Joz just looks in the tank and says, with her hands up in the air, "all gone." Brett is sad, but on the bright side I get my coffee table back and it is one less thing to worry about. Now we just have to think about what to do with all of these feeder fish in cups on my counter, hum.

You know, our old dog returned after two weeks of being missing. We prayed him home. Maybe the faith of Brett and Braxton would do the job. But then again maybe you won't want to mention it if the coffee table looks better unencumbered by critters.
Maybe he has burrowed down and is hybernating somewhere? Time to get the shovel. ;o) That is where my sister found their turtle. Good luck, or maybe you don't want luck, it is always nice to have furniture back.
Oh no. How sad for Braxton. We never did get a turtle, but maybe I don't really mind :)
