Mystery meat

This may be one of those you had to there moments, but I will try to explain. So Braxton was having hot dogs and he says, "I love this hot dog, but I hope that dog doesn't get burned, that would be sad,"..then he pauses for a minute and says, "this is dog?" I am like okay how to do I explain this and why are they called, "hot dogs," it is weird if you think about it.
Anyway, Jozalyn tried the little graduates meat stick (pretty much veinna sausages) for the first time and would have eaten the whole jar had I let her. So it was mystery meat lunch today (not the norm at our house) and as you can see while Jozalyn has finished hers, she is now eyeing her brothers, hot dog.
