We do this every year and it is tons of fun there are tons of hot air balloons flying giving the night its glow! It is set up like a fair, the smells I love! This year Brax is finally tall enough to ride the rides by himself, WOW, and so he did! He was so chill, but really loved it! The rides just don't compare to Dad's rollacosters. Anyway, ealier that day we went to a party at Tony's house (thanks Tony, you are awesome), and they have a pond where Brax went out on a boat and caught his first fish! A little one took the bait and then as Brax is reeling it in, he keeps saying, "whoa Daddy, whoa, this is a monster fish," and then as it was approaching the surface a big fish took the small one still on the hook as its bait! What a thrill for my big guy. He kept telling the story throughout the day, he was stoked! Now it is time for professional fisherman uncle and grandpa to take him! It was a rainy yucky day, but wait a few minutes then it was hot and humid, so needless to say we had to take a small detour to the outlets to buy some shorts(bummer, ha)! Here are just a few pics of a funfilled day at the festival.

I am so sad we keep missing these fun things!!! Aren't you supposed to be coming to Utah soon? Anyhow it looks like way too much fun! We miss you!!
You guys are the best parents. I feel good about myself if I get Avery out of the house once a day to hit the pool. We never do cool fair stuff. Oh well. She is stuck with me. Love you and your kids!
Looks way fun! Where was the festival? Wish we would have been there, I love things like that. Blake is kinda a party pooper about getting to those kind of things, but afterward he is always glad we go! Let us know next time, and we should go together - that would be FUN!
