So do you ever have those moments where you have the chorus singing and the light bulb going on all at the same time? Mostly that happens for me when I have some quiet time (whenever that is) and most of the time it has to do with the gospel or my family. Well as I was getting a jump start on some upcoming primary things next months theme popped out at me. Which is, "Because I am His child, I will serve God with all my heart, might, mind, and strength."(as we have heard this many times) My first thought was of course WOW, all of that, and my next thought was quickly corrected into of course I am His child and look at all he has done for me, it is only fair for me to give all I have back to him through service, through my family, and through myself. I must admit I complain a lot about many things, but I really have nothing to complain about. Their are those experiencing some siuations that cause heartache, pain, suffering and trials beyond compare. Those who feel like giving up, but for in these great times of dispair turn to the Lord, he is always there. He will take your hand and guide you as, "he never said it would be easy, he only said it would be worth it." People always say, you won't be given anything you can't handle, which in these dark times seems unlikely, but it is so true. You are strong! Pray often and he will answer your prayers. He knows us and he loves us. You have been given a beating heart, great might, strong mind, and tremendous strength, so use it!
Sorry for the deep thought, this always happens to me when I am doing churchie stuff in silence, and have been visiting with those who could use some words of encouragement. Hope this soapbox helps!

Funnies
So Brax was sorting through one of his toy box's and he said, "I find you a surprise something special, so as he is going through his toys one by one tossing them to the side repeating that not something special. I thought to myself how much money have I spent on these toys that I thought would for sure be, "something special," and maybe were at one time, but all toys are so short lived! The kicker is when the toy box is empty he gets inside and says, "Mommy surprise I find something special...it's me!" He was right on that one!
As for Jozalyn she cracks me up, yesterday we were playing with tickle me Elmo and she thought it was pretty cool, until it touched her as Elmo was moving all around, she totally freaked out and her laughter quickly turned into cries! She is sitting by herself and crawling little bits at a time. I lay this sweet angel down in her crib then almost instantly she rolls over and next time I come in to check on her she is sitting up playing! Where did my little baby go?
They are both doing great! We are happy to be back home and look forward to many new adventures this school year!

Oh cheers to 7 years of sweet wedded bliss and two wonderful children later! I have the greatest husband in the whole world, he is my love and my life. I am truly blessed to share eternity with him and am grateful that are children are sealed to us. I couldn't imagine my life without them. We celebrated by going to the temple that we got married in, and what a wonderful place to be. I love you more than words can say and I thank you for being you and loving me as you do!![]()

PASSED WITH FLYING COLORS
So Brax and I made this cake for PASS ing the boards, POTTIE, Brax being pottie trained (for awhile now, he is just obsessed), and 7 years of love. Brax loves to explain what each means, over and over again! Pretty proud accomplishments if I do say so myself!

OH I AM SO VERY PROUD OF MY HUSBAND AS HE HAS SUCCESSFULLY PASSED THE NATIONAL
DENTAL BOARDS. CONGRATS BABE YOU ARE THE BEST AND SUCH A SMART LITTLE COOKIE. This is such a huge step in our lives, he was well above average in three of the four catagories. Way to go, you are such a stud! Hopefully our kids get his brain!

Playing catch up
AWE...vacation the reason for not posting for so long. What a good excuse it is though! We have been having such a great time, we have gone in the motorhome (or bus as Brax calls it) on fun adventures (Braxton's favorite was seeing buffalo, and deer right next to the bus even Jozalyn really reacted to the animals)), and everyday fun! The kids have had such a great time, swimming everyday and getting spoiled rotten, by Grammy and Grandpa. We also got to see Jo, Brad and Anna, my brother, Shari and Addy, and got to hang out with Nikki and Christian. It was great to see everyone. We went boating and of course the ever popular jet skiing! What a great way to spend the break. I have a lot of pictures so that may take awhile to up and download. So it is coming........

Make a wish!
Even Jozalyn got in the excitement!

Happy 3rd birthday to the worlds greatest little boy, Braxton!!!!!
It is hard to believe that my baby is 3, and what a big boy he is! We celebrated his b-day a bit early by going to the zoo and then a party that night. It was a sport theme and so we played all of the activites that were on the cups/plates/hats and kazoos! He was spoiled as usual, but hey he only turns 3 once! He got a huge electronic buzz and a powerwheels jeep, like daddy's. Then a bunch of little things. We also had a party in Idaho with grammie and grandpa (thank you) where we spent the day at bearworld which he of course loved! Then a pizza/swim party that night with family! I am so blessed to call him my son and I am so thankful for him and his sweet little personality. He truly is the greatest, and we have so much fun together! We love you so very much, buddy!
We actually spent his real birthday in Las Vegas! Where Brett and I saw Phantom of the Opera, something I have always wanted to see and it was breathtaking! I figured I deserved a present for having him, right?
Then we also went to the top of the stratosphere and rode this ride. It dropped and flew us 4 Gs, the building itself is a mere 135 stories (1149ft), yikes! We did lots of fun stuff and what a fun time and great vaca!
